Account Executives play a key role in our client’s team. Often the first people their customers meet, they are highly personable, and skilled in delivering solutions that address client needs. With customer service as a priority, having a professional, friendly, and dedicated sales team is very important to our client.

- Prospect new business and develop strong relationships with customers through cold-calls, regular follow-ups and excellent customer service
- Manage accounts by maintaining a working knowledge of each account’s business requirements.
- Prepare tailored quotes and proposals for potential clients
- Monitor all local competition and recommend competitive strategies to grow customer base
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets on a regular basis
- Maintain customer profiles and related documents with accuracy and integrity.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven performance in an outbound sales environment
- Knowledge of the local market and business network
- Collaborative team player and customer service orientation
