POSITION: Software Account Manager
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting for a Software Account Manager for our client, who is a leader in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space in downtown Toronto.
They need a true sales professional with strong business acumen and the ability to develop strong client relationships to drive revenue. Our client is one of the biggest names in their space and they have a truly impressive offering services, meaning that you can provide the best possible solution to clients.
- Manage and grow strong sales-based relationships with client accounts by understanding their brand and needs
- Drive account growth through suggesting tailored products and solutions
- Grow account base through proactive new business development
- Create dynamic and tailored sales presentations/demos to best target client’s service needs
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Build out and leverage a robust network through attending networking events, tradeshows, etc
- Maintain a strong industry/marketplace knowledge
- Post Secondary degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales
- Previous experience in the media/PR/newswire space is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand client requirements and system offerings
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web conferencing, and CRM systems
