Outside Sales Representative – Environmental Services

Our client is a leading provider of containment systems for the waste management/environmental industry. Due to growth, they have asked Paul Cannon of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for an Outside Sales Representative for their Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match company solutions with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of the customer and competition to effectively communicates pricing and service strategies
  • Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate regulations
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales activity goals
  • Successfully utilize CRM software tools
  • Effectively manage prospects by developing sound marketing plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience in a hunting capacity - direct sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Valid drivers license

Compensation:

$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + $9000 yearly vehicle allowance
