Having built a great dealer network, their business thrives in economic good times, and still is very strong in spite of slower economic times. They have engaged Lock Search Group to find their next Office Manager for the Edmonton Branch
In this position, you will be fully integrated into the processes of the business. It includes managing the books, AR and AP, inventory transactions, answering phones, and customer service. Product knowledge is quickly learned, so you don’t need existing experience with the parts. We will need experience in the administrative management of a business.
To Fit the role:
- You have relevant experience in administrative management
- You can operate accounting software such as Sage or Simply Accounting
- You have an outgoing friendly helpful telephone personality
