POSITION: Territory Manager
TERRITORY: GTA East (to Kingston) & North / home-office based

Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting for a Territory Manager for a national auto leasing company.
In this role, you would inherit a book of business which you would manage and grow but also focus on hunting for new business and developing relationships with key potential clients in the GTA East Territory. This position would be home-office based and client facing.
- Create a sales plan for the designated territory
- Prospect for new business development opportunities in the broker and dealer space through cold-calling and face-to-face meetings in the field
- Develop a strong network through tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events to create a robust sales pipeline
- Work with the credit department in order to ensure loans and leases
- Maintain a strong knowledge of available products to better offer the best solutions to clients, as well as to provide support and guidance as needed
- All other duties as required
- 3+ years of previous outside sales experience
- Some experience in auto leasing is an asset
- Strong financial knowledge to best understand financing side of business
- Strong and independent “hunter” mindset with a go-getting attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in the equipment leasing industry is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- 60K base salary
- Uncapped commission plan (estimate OTE in year 1 is 75-80K)
