POSITION: Bilingual Account Coordinator
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON

Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Account Coordinator for a leading global environmental services company based out of Mississauga.

In this position, you would be responsible for providing support to National Accounts and the Sales department, including assisting the sales reps with day-to-day and providing administrative support to the VP.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales department:
    • Answer and redirect all incoming correspondences in a professional manner
    • Book internal and external meetings, and take minutes when required
    • Arrange travel
  • Provide sales support to the Sales Reps:
    • Ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow
    • Assist in creating sales presentations in PowerPoint
    • Create reports and spreadsheets based on sales data
    • Set up new clients on the CRM and update all information/files
    • Assist with preparing quotes and renewal packages


  • Fully Bilingual in French and English – fluency is mandatory
  • Post-Secondary Degree is an asset
  • 3+ years of previous experience in an administrative position, particularly supporting a Sales department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs


45-50K + full benefits starting day 1
