Our client, a leader industrial equipment, have asked Paul Melanson of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for a Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Automation in Atlantic Canada.
- Identify, develop and maintain key accounts and business relationships
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute a marketing strategy in order to meet revenue goals
- Conduct presentations for customers in the assigned territory to educate them on the products and services offered
- Generate and follow on leads via cold calling, networking and referrals
- Provide reporting on customer requirements, interests, and competitive activities to ensure they have new products and services
- Effectively represent the company while engaging with customers, external vendors, and networking events
- Post-secondary degree with 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Flexibility to travel within Atlantic Canada
- Self-starter to increase market share and sales
- Excellent interpersonal, selling, and presentation skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
