Our client is one of Canada’s leading national distributors of building products in the construction market (residential, commercial, institutional and industrial). Their business is growing, and they are looking for talented people to grow into leadership roles. They have asked Kyla of LOCK SEARCH GROUP to assist them in finding talented and enthusiastic individuals to join their SALES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM in Edmonton.
The Sales Development Program teaches new hires with early industry experience every aspect of the business. The first year will be spent in a regional Profit Center where you will learn exactly how the business operates - from shipping and receiving, counter sales, and operations management. After, you will spend the next two and a half years learning inside sales and outside sales.
Throughout the program your on-the-job experience is supplemented with coaching by experienced mentors, customer visits and a variety of training courses. Upon successful completion from the program you will be promoted (but not limited) to the Outside Account Manager position.
