Sales Representative, Safety Systems

Our client, a leader in safety systems, have asked Paul Melanson of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for a Sales Representative in Saint John, NB. This role calls for a natural network builder with the eager ability to:

  • Drive revenue by securing new business opportunities
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking and referrals
  • Manage a balanced sales funnel, execute all steps of the sales process from target to close
  • Grow an assigned territory while strategically penetrating an existing account base
  • Provide a solution based approach to drive new business across multiple lines of business; industrial, commercial, institutional

To be successful in this role you will need the drive to increase market share and sales opportunities along with the following:

  • Experience in sales within Building Automation sector, including Fire, Security and/or technical background within the industry    
  • Excellent selling, presentation and communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or technical experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to also work well with a team
  • Strong fiscal responsibility and business acumen
