Business Development Representative

Our client, a leader in the thriving electronic vaporizer industry is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team during this exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will come with both passion and knowledge of the vaporizer industry.

Due to the rapid expansion of this market, this opportunity offers the successful candidate the potential to earn up to 100k!

 

Responsibilities

  • Chase down and capture leads, maintaining reliable and timely contact with new potential clients 
  • Manage and service existing client needs 
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Track and report progress of product sales compared to objectives
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies to improve productivity and profitability
  • Maintain strong knowledge of competitor products and industry trends
  • Provide insightful and up-to-date knowledge to customers on product lines

 

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary degree or industry experience
  • 2+ years of previous sales experience, preferably prospecting/cold-calling
  • Passion for the industry
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Results-driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid drivers license
