Director of Sales and Operations

Our client is the industry leader in consumer goods. They have asked Paul Melanson of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for a Director of Sales and Operations to join their organization in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the business unit
  • Develop and implement long-range objectives to meet company growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage business strategic planning including Variable and Fixed Operations performance
  • Review operation plans to meet requirements for sales planning
  • Define and ensure business unit is in compliance with policies and procedures, health & safety standards, and external legislation through regular monitoring and auditing
  • Foster a customer-service oriented, innovative culture among employees through coaching, development, performance, and productivity management
  • Establish workflow efficiencies, cost effectiveness, and excellent customer service for clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business
  • 10+ years of experience managing a business unit and team
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and inspire employees and to collaborate with stakeholders in achieving results
  • Excellent knowledge of operations, finance, and sales
