  • Chase Down and capture leads, maintaining reliable and timely contact with new potential clients 

  • Manage and service existing client needs 

  • Leverage strong digital knowledge to make recommendations and identify client needs.  

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients 

  • Gain familiarity within given markets to anticipate and pursue opportunities  

  • Maintain client records and communications 


  • Proven experience in a Business Development or similar role 

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal 

  • Strong ability to manage time and work independently 

  • Focus and drive, with a focus on results  

  • A detail-oriented, organized work style  

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving success 

  • A creative, diligent and strategic problem-solving ability
