POSITION: Outside Sales Representative
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
Lock Search Group is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm and we are currently looking for a Outside Sales Representative to join one of Canada’s most recognized sales-oriented organizations. They are one of the biggest names in their industry, with B2B opportunities across the GTA, and they need an aggressive and relentless sales professional to help expand their ever-growing business.

- Hunt for new business across a designated territory via cold calling, prospecting, door knocking, and networking
- Create effective pitches and business cases by tailoring custom solutions based on client needs
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key decision makers to ensure long-term revenue potential by checking in for updated needs and business objectives
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of company product offerings in order to maximize potential sales and customer satisfaction
- Post-Secondary Education
- 5+ years of previous cold-calling/outside selling, or a determined interest in doing so – this is a true hunting position with new business development at its core
- Goal oriented with a highly independent and driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and grow account relationships
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission
- Mileage + Phone + Laptop Allowance
